The FSCL team invites you to join them for an afternoon workshop on Wednesday, 18 May 2016 from 1.30pm to 4.30pm at ASB Arena, Baypark, 81 Truman Lane, Bayfair, Tauranga.
Complimentary off-street parking is available.
Afternoon tea will be provided.
The workshop will include information on:
- How to recognise and deal with a complaint
- How to have a compliant complaints process
- How to prevent complaints escalating to FSCL or a court
- Common causes of complaint and case studies based on cases investigated by FSCL
- FSCL member services.
Time will be allowed for questions, so have your questions ready for us, or send us your question in advance.
Attendance at the workshop is free of charge and will earn you 2 CPD points.
