About financial dispute resolution services
Everyone who provides a financial service in New Zealand must belong to a financial dispute resolution service.
We consider complaints about providers who are members of FSCL. The other dispute resolution services are:
- Banking Ombudsman Scheme (BOS)
- Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO)
- Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS)
If you’re not sure which scheme your provider belongs to, contact us and we will help you get to the right place.
