Please note: We will need an application form for each Financial Service Provider that would like to join FSCL. For financial advice providers, we will need a company application form for the licensed Financial Advice Provider entity or Authorised Body, as well as an individual application form for each adviser that will be engaged and covered under the FSCL membership.
