Services for people with a hearing or speech impediment
If you have a complaint and you are Deaf, hearing impaired, speech impaired, or Deafblind, New Zealand Relay can help. They offer several services to help Deaf, hearing impaired, speech impaired, Deafblind and standard phone users communicate over the phone, including mobile text relay and TTY to voice services.

Language services
If English is not your first language, we offer a phone interpreter service in a range of languages, free of charge. We use phone interpreters from Transnational.
