Applying for a new membership
To apply for a new membership, you’ll need to complete a membership application form.
We require the information of all financial service providers (FSPs) that will list FSCL as their dispute resolution scheme. This means that any FSPs that will be covered under the membership (subsidiary companies, authorised bodies, advisers, or brokers) will also need to provide their information.
Joining an existing membership
To join an existing FSCL membership, we need to receive a written request from the membership communications contact.
Please arrange with the member to contact us to add you to the membership. They’ll need to provide your information in a membership addition form (below).
Application forms
You can apply online with our online application form. Please submit a form for each FSP that will be listed on the membership (including subsidiary companies/Authorised Bodies or advisers/brokers).
Alternatively, you can download a PDF copy of our application and/or annex forms and submit them to us via email at .
Membership application form
This form is to apply for a new membership. We only need this for the FSP that will hold the FSCL membership.
Membership addition form
This form is to add a subsidiary company or adviser to your membership application or existing FSCL membership.
